Shipping Policy

Oregon Yerba Mate is a small, local business. We ship all products within 24 - 48 hours and we try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have any issues with your Yerba Mate, we encourage you to email Rachel at shop@oregonyerbamate.com. We will honor returns if there has been any transit damage to your product. Please note that there will settling of the spices and Mate when it arrives. We suggest shaking the bag (before opening) to blend all of the herbs and spices that may have settled during shipping.
